Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive a certificate after the training?

Yes. Certificates are offered for this event upon the completion of the in-person training. You will receive a paper certificate on September 28th as well as an electronically-verified version a week later. You can share this credential with your professional network on Linkedin and other networks.

Can I attend other workshops in addition to this one?

Yes. You can register for multiple workshops if there are no scheduling conflicts. In fact, by attending the certification you have access to all the workshops in the America's SBDC Annual Training Event. We encourage to look at the schedule and plan the rest of your week full of professional development opportunities.

Can I invite a guest from my team or a partner organization?

Unfortunately, no. The AI U certification is an invite-only event and this year we are over capacity. Staff who is not pre-registered will not be admitted.

Who do I contact if I have further questions?

Reach out to Diana Fonseca at Diana@AmericasSBDC.org

Will I receive a copy of the slides shared at the training

Yes. Upon completion of the training event, all attendees will receive a virtual toolkit with copies of the slides and additional tools to keep working on your newly AI skills developed.
